Abstract

The article analyses “Business Canvas” model and possibilities to adapt it for improvement of activity of the transport enterprise. The article presents the analysis of activity of the transport enterprise on the basis of elements of “Business Canvas” model and the analysis of competitive environment of the enterprise in question. “Business Canvas” model for transport enterprise is developed based on the analysis results. The applied model allowed identification of transport enterprise value to customers and at the same time showed real problems related to enterprise activities. This thesis provides specific measures for dealing with identified problems, the implementation of which will enable the transport enterprise in question to improve its business competitiveness.
