Abstract

Quite often employee resistance against innovations is an important barrier against necessary innovations and a source of irritation in industrial relations. Therefore identification of reasons for resistance is relevant subject to each organization, because rapidity of changes might efect competition of those companies that plan to innovate. The results obtained confirm the importance of organizational climate as an explanatory variable of perceptions of support for innovation. It is valuable to know reasons of possible resistance and be prepared to manage predictable resistance. Important meaning for awareness of innovation and its realization needs has inner climate of organization and staff regulation. Analizing reasons, mostly causing resistance and strategies helping to mitigate or eliminate staff resistance for innovations.
