The features of the wage and its dynamics in the case of Lithuania

Abstract

The conditions of wages are analyzed in detail both in Lithuania and around the world. This phenomenon is discussed in a variety of contexts, because wages is closely related to the country‘s level of competitiveness and economic development. The setting of efficient wage is a prerequisite for the economic development. The object of the article is the conditions of wage and its dynamics in the case of Lithuania. The objective of this article is to define the wage conditions and to evaluate the dynamics of wage in Lithuania. The following tasks have been implemented: to analyze the scientific literature in the area of wage, to define the characteristics of wages, to assess the dynamics of wage in Lithuania. In this article, the following methods of analysis are used: an analysis and summarize of the scientific literature, the theoretical and practical statements matching method, analysis of the statistical data.
