Theoretical issues of selection and implementation of QMS in the acitivity of independent cargo control agencies

Abstract

This article presents the theoretical aspects of literature, describing the fundamental quality management systems, their advantages, benefits and usage. After the analysis of independent cargo control agencies nature, the importance of the quality management system and the applicability for the independent cargo control agencies are defined. Article introduces the principles and perspectives of the quality system implementation, solving the entities operating in continuity, risk management and conformity assessment issues. The analysis of the theoretical aspects of the quality systems provides an overview of the most suitable quality system for the control agencies.
