Abstract

Development of civil aviation sector supports the employment, stimulate the tourism, generates new supplier chains, reduces the cost of global trade and open up new markets, which could be difficult to achieve by other means of transport, which in turn triggers faster and more sustainable growth in this regions the world. Air navigation service providers are an integral and inseparable part of the aviation sector. A growing influence to their activities and the development has a variety of international organizations and regulatory bodies. Air navigation service providers looking for solutions and means to meet airspace users' expectations, aims to meet newly emerging applicable requirements, trying to adapt to a changing environment and to take advantage of the opportunities to expand cooperation and create / provide new types of services. This article analyses factors, which have an impact to the air navigation service providers’ development and management, answers what influence the regulators has on it and what cooperation models between them could exist.
