Efficiency evaluation of the service business project

An assessment describes the project effectiveness in all execution phases which defines criterion pertaining to benefit of project for consumer. In order to evaluate the development of business idea prospect, attractiveness and effectiveness, it is necessary the detail analysis of the selected business spheres according to the established business design phase. The project is concluded to create for unique product or for service aimed to some set targets. It is important to know not only what is the purpose achieved but and how to adapt to changing environmental conditions, from where to find sources of fund and how to organize activities and processes that will be achieved expected results. The object of research is the possibility of services business project evaluation. The goal of this article is to assess the perspectives of service business, allowing the business development by forming the project which ensures necessary results. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been implemented: the analysis of the theoretical aspects of business projects, are identified the elements which forms service Business and are influencing the external environment, the internal environmental situation is also analyzed. In this article the following methods of analysis are used: a systemic analysis of the scientific literature, the analysis of statistical data, PEST analysis, survey method, multicriteria (expert) evaluation.
