Production warehouses process analysis and improvement solutions

Abstract

The purpose of article is to analyze warehousing process of production company and offer reasoned solutions how to improve this process. The article presents analysis of the logistics supply chain, warehousing process and its essence and the most common problems in this process. According to the results of analysis, using Toyta 7 deadly wastes, process flow and in-depth interview with warehouse managers, warehousing process problems in the company are identified. The article also presents suggestions how to eliminate existing problems by using new project of production warehouse space development.
