Abstract

Modern business bankruptcies are analyzed in this article. Relevance of the problem was justified upon Lithuanian and foreign scientific and educational literature. The bankruptcy is defined and indications of internal and external bankruptcy are discussed. Positive and negative consequences of bankruptcy upon the government and the business are evaluated.
