Abstract

The company's success depends on the number of customers and the ability to save them and to ensure a high level of satisfaction. The most common consumer goods of high satisfaction levels, quality of service. Businesses that sell oil products is not easy to assess their customer satisfaction as the sale of fuels are intangible areas and the quality of the user's own forces can not be measured. Since the fuel quality is regulated by law it can be said that customers receive a quality product, so they do need to look for other ways to ensure customer satisfaction in the industry. Most oil stations networks to help users choose their next network engaged in trade in oil products and selling of food, drink , and to the user in one place to find everything he needs and perhaps filled gap‘s arising on consumer satisfaction namely trade in oil products sector.
