Abstract

This article discusses the conception of globalization, international cooperation, employment and the main features of it. It analyzes the scientific literature on these topics. Furthermore, the relationship between international collaboration and the problematics of the employment under globalization conditions are analyzed. Article widely discusses international cooperation on the development and enlargement of employment promotion. Paper outlines the main features of the employment and unemployment. It describes the basic problem of employment - the growing number of unemployed, which is characterized by high rates of youth unemployment. What is more, prospects for increasing employment and development are discussed further in the article. Finally, this article disputes on the European Union's current situation and the development of guidelines for promoting the reduction of unemployment.
