Evaluation of knowledge management and knowledge application process

Abstract

Today when society move so fast, knowledge is not only a factor of economic growth but also a source of competitive advantage. Even knowledge can be attributed to the organization's most valuable resource. In this work will be presented a theoretical analysis of the concept of knowledge. It is also widely analysis of knowledge management, the knowledge management processes. Introducing the knowledge application process problems and suggestions, how to reduce workers' psychological problems in terms of knowledge about the application process.
