Abstract

Establishment of new Information Technology companies promotes high competition in the sector. Therefore there is a major issue for customers how to choose the best IT enterprise, which could perform the work quickly and efficiently, at the same time the main task of IT enterprises is to attract more customers. In this article, sales promotion tools are examined in theoretical level, examined tools and methods of use, by authors of issued books on this subject, are presented. By using analysis’s data, specified model of factors of sales promotion is created and tested in real-life business conditions. During the test areas for improvement identified. By eliminating those areas improved promotion model is presented which is suitable for the specific activity of Information Technology companies.
