Abstract

The article analyzes the probability of bankruptcy models, also in the article systemized researchers opinions about bankruptcy forecasting and its importance for enterprises. In the article was showing the causes of bankruptcy in the construction enterprises. The relevancy of article is the fact that the global financial and economic crisis (it is the main reason of the growing bankruptcy in the construction companies), requires a detailed analysis of the construction industry, also requires the bankruptcy probability assessment in construction companies. The main article purpose is to assess the bankruptcy models and select the most appropriate methods of bankruptcy probability assessment.
