Importance of users of customer relationship management systems for the project efficiency

Abstract

More and more often human resources is referred to the impor-tance of CRM projects implementation. In the scientific literatu-re the human factor is studied as a reason for the failure of CRM projects. Also, the importance of human motivation is emphasi-zed. This article theoretically analyzes the human factor in CRM systems and its impact on the project implementation. It is considered, what methods are used to help ensure a successful project. Conclusions of the article sets out the main factors affecting human causes, the possible motivation tools, best suited to the CRM project participants.
