Applying investment management models into fully funded pension system

The fully funded 2nd pillar pension system is analysed in the article. Moreover invetmnet management strategies applied in the system is evaluated. The possibilities of transforming existing private 2nd pillar pension system to “Life Cycle” fund system in Lithuania are evaluated in the article. Main investment strategy issues of “Life Cycle” funds system are approached in the article. Pros and Cons of “Life Cycle” funds comparing them with traditional “Life Style” investments funds are discussed.
