Abstract

The processes of globalization and technological change is accelerated the pace of life and the growing the importance of the information, thus giving up the traditional marketing tools, and the investments of new e-marketing solutions. In order to remain competitive in the market need to develop new, differentiated and personalized interactions with customers in ways that ensure their loyalty. It is important for managers who integrate solutions that may contribute to the entire organization's productivity. Such ambitions are increasingly putting more relatively new model of integrated marketing communications tool - social media. Therefore, the increasing number of organizations, social networking start-marketing solutions, it is important to consider, analyze, investigate and assess these strategies and the benefits of business organizations. The main purpose of this study - the analysis of literary sources of marketing in social media of the topic, exploring the Lithuanian public mobile telephone sector using social media tools, to find out their ad-vantages and disadvantages.
