Importance of the handing over of the work and the acceptance act in construction

The handing over and the acceptance of construction work is the one of the key stages of the contract. Usually for this purpose some form of document shall be drawn. This document must be signed by the contractor and the owner. This article examines the Civil Code and the case law of the handing over of the work and the acceptance act. Significance and functionality of this act will be determined by this paper. The article specifies the conflict situations and presents the opinion of the court dealt with the situation and summarized the case law of findings.
